The word reiki is a combination of two Japanese words, rei – which means God’s wisdom and Ki – which means life force.
In Reiki, and indeed any other modality, I am merely a channel through which universal energy flows.
First the chakras are activated by weighted tuning forks, then hands are placed above or around the body to direct the flow of energy. Crystals or wands may also be used as directed by Spirit.
Tuning Fork Therapy

This is an incredibly powerful technique that uses tuning forks to manipulate the electromagnetic field that surrounds every living being.
Our bodies are made up of electrical charges, not just the heart and brain, but every cell in the body produces positive and negative charges that creates a magnetic field around the body. Your body knows how to heal itself. Like a musical instrument, it just sometimes needs tuning to be reset back to factory settings.
Tuning fork therapy can help those suffering from emotional trauma, as well as mild depression, PTSD, a feeling of being stuck and unable to move forward and many other conditions.
Contraindications to this therapy include pacemakers, suicidal depression, pregnancy and terminal illness. If unsure, please ask.
