Romiromi is a powerful form of Māori bodywork that stimulates the haemata (emotional release points) and includes assisted stretches to increase blood flow, release deep tension and trauma, and works directly on the emotional and energetic patterns held within the bodies tissues.

Mirimiri uses tissue manipulation to clear energy blocks and release trauma held deep within the cells and tissues of the body. Working in partnership with wairua (spirit), Miri Miri can involve connection to the client's tūpuna (ancestors), bringing clarity, release and profound healing to those who are ready to receive it.

Miri Miri kōrero (talk therapy) often occurs naturally during the session, which is a welcome and honoured part of the healing process.

Haputanga or pregnancy massage is soft, gentle massage for the pregnant Mama to be, from the second trimester onward. This is a gentle massage to ease lower back pain, relieve swelling in the legs, alleviate bladder and organ discomfort and support Mama's connection to the life growing within her.
